Problem
Haven's chronically-ill patients needed to log symptoms on the go — often in hospitals with poor connectivity. The previous app lost entries when networks dropped, and patients were abandoning it within a week.

Solution
Built an offline-first architecture with SQLite + a CRDT-based sync layer, end-to-end encryption (libsodium), and a frictionless logging flow that requires 2 taps. The app works in airplane mode and syncs the moment connectivity returns.
