Problem
North's existing site looked dated next to their competitors. They wanted something that would win design awards but also load fast and rank well — a rare combination.

Solution
Wrote a custom WebGL renderer for the hero, used Lenis for smooth scroll, GSAP for magnetic interactions, and shipped everything as a Next.js App Router site with streaming SSR. Every asset is responsive and lazy-loaded.

Outcome
Won Awwwards Site of the Day, FWA, and CSS Design Awards. 98+ Lighthouse score across all metrics. 3.4x increase in qualified inbound leads.
