Problem
Refugee students in camps had spotty internet at best. Existing learning apps assumed always-on connectivity and failed catastrophically offline.
(02)
Solution
Built a Flutter app with Hive for local storage, Supabase for cloud sync, and a rules-based adaptive engine that adjusts difficulty per student. Content is pre-loaded per region and synced opportunistically.

Outcome
1.2M+ lessons served across 7 countries. 89% completion rate (industry avg: 32%). Adopted by 3 UN-led programs.
